If something is broken

The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

• What you were doing when it happened
• What you expected, and what happened instead
• Your device and iOS version — Settings › General › About
• The app version, from the bottom of the app's settings screen
• A screenshot, if there was anything to see

If you want something changed

Feature requests go to the same address. Say what you were trying to do and why the current way does not work — that is more useful than a description of the feature you have in mind, and it tends to produce a better answer.
