Account and data deletion

Your Flip Tracker records are stored on your device, and backed up through your own iCloud account. There are two copies, and removing both is described below.

1 · On your device

Deleting the app deletes the records stored on that device. Touch and hold the Flip Tracker icon, then Remove App › Delete App.

2 · In your iCloud backup

Deleting the app does not immediately remove the copy held in your iCloud account. To remove that as well, on the device:

• Open Settings and tap your name at the top
• iCloud › Manage Account Storage
• Select Flip Tracker, then Delete Data

This is your own iCloud account, under your Apple ID. We have no access to it and cannot delete it on your behalf.

This cannot be undone

Once both copies are gone, your properties, scopes of work, budgets, photos and ledger entries are gone. If you want to keep any of it, export it from the app first.

Anything we hold

If you have emailed us, we hold that email. If you asked to be told when the app is released, we hold your address for that. To have either deleted, email privacy@flip-tracker.com from the address in question and say so. It is removed within 30 days and you get confirmation.
