This is short because there is not much to say, which is the intended result rather than an omission.
This website
The site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, loads no third-party fonts, scripts or trackers, and has no advertising. Every file it serves comes from this domain.
It is hosted on Amazon Web Services. As with any website, AWS processes your IP address and request in order to send you the page.
If you email us, we have your email address and whatever you wrote. We use it to reply, and to tell you when the app is released if that is what you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
The app
Flip Tracker is not yet released. This section describes how the app is built, and it will be updated — before release, not after — if anything below changes.
- Your records stay on your device. Properties, budgets, scopes of work, photos and ledger entries are stored on your iPhone or iPad.
- Backup and sync run through your own iCloud account, under your Apple ID, governed by your agreement with Apple. We cannot read what is in it.
- The app is for one person. There are no team members, no shared accounts and no contractor logins. When you send something to a contractor, it goes through your own Mail or Messages, from you.
- No advertising, no tracking, no data brokers, no third-party analytics SDKs.
Deleting your data
Because your records are on your device, deleting the app removes them. Full instructions, including the iCloud copy, are on the account and data deletion page.
Children
Flip Tracker is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Changes that affect what the app collects will be made before the release that collects it, not afterwards.
